Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy

BEATSCAPE is a registered trademark of SM10 S.A.S., a legally established entity in Colombia with NIT 901.278.565-1, with its main domicile in Medellin, Colombia.

For the purposes of this policy, SM10 S.A.S. acts as the controller of the personal data collected through its services, digital platforms, and customer service channels.

2. Scope of the policy

This Policy applies to all databases and/or files containing personal data collected by BEATSCAPE / SM10 S.A.S. in the course of its commercial activities and services related to creative consulting, music projects, sound activations, and other activities associated with brand identity.

3. Principles for data processing

The processing of personal data will be conducted under the principles of legality, purpose, freedom, truthfulness, transparency, restricted access, security, and confidentiality established by Law 1581 of 2012.

4. Purposes of processing

The personal data provided will be used to:

• Provide creative consulting, sound activations, and custom music projects.

• File complaints with the Superintendency of Industry and Commerce (SIC) for violations of data protection regulations.
• Revoke authorization and/or request data erasure when no legal or contractual duty to keep them exists.

8. Term of the policy

This Policy is effective upon publication and remains in force for as long as database usage continues.
